Prestigious & Elegant Service
I am Georgios Kopailas, an independent chef based in the Netherlands. I work across fine dining and comfort food: intimate private dinners, kitchens that need a strong pair of hands, and menus that need a fresh perspective.
Every engagement runs on the same principles: clean technique, honest produce, a calm kitchen and a plate that feels considered from the first course to the last.
